Q: Which photobooth experience is best for our wedding?
Each experience is designed with a different purpose in mind:
- Moments & Messages is perfect for couples who want a meaningful guestbook alternative filled with photographs and personal messages.
- Candid Moments Booth is ideal for creating lively, guided interactions and authentic guest portraits during cocktails or receptions.
- Mirror Photo Booth offers a full-event entertainment experience with instant keepsakes and digital sharing for guests.
Q: How much space is required?
For the best experience, we recommend a minimum area of approximately 8 ft x 8 ft with access to a standard electrical outlet for the Mirror Photo Booth.
Q: Can the setup match our wedding style?
Absolutely. We strive to ensure that every photobooth experience integrates beautifully with your wedding decor and overall atmosphere.
Q: Are props included?
Yes. All photobooth experiences include a carefully selected assortment of fun and tasteful props designed to encourage natural interactions and memorable photographs.
Q: Do guests receive printed photos?
Prints are included with:
- Moments & Messages (60 Polaroid prints)
- Mirror Photo Booth (100 instant prints)
Additional print options may be available upon request.
Q: How far do you travel?
We proudly serve weddings and events throughout Quebec and surrounding regions. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
Q: How do we reserve our date?
A signed rental agreement and deposit are required to secure your event date. Dates are reserved on a first-confirmed basis.
Rental Agreement Highlights
Mirror Photo Booth Full-Day Rental
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all parties, the following terms apply to all rentals.
Rental Period
The Mirror Photo Booth is provided for the duration specified in the rental agreement and will be available only during the agreed event hours.
Access & Setup
The Client agrees to provide:
- Access to the venue at the scheduled setup time.
- A level and secure space for operation.
- Access to a standard electrical outlet within reasonable distance of the booth location.
Supervision & Proper Use
The booth must be operated responsibly by guests.
The Client agrees to take reasonable steps to discourage:
- Misuse of equipment
- Intentional damage
- Unsafe behaviour near the setup
Equipment Damage
The Client may be held responsible for repair or replacement costs resulting from:
- Intentional damage
- Theft
- Negligence by guests or attendees
Normal wear and tear is excluded.
Weather Conditions
For outdoor events, the booth must remain protected from:
- Rain
- Excessive humidity
- Strong winds
- Extreme temperatures
- Direct exposure to water
Indoor relocation may be required at any time to protect equipment.
Technical Interruptions
While every effort is made to provide uninterrupted service, equipment failures, power outages, venue internet issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect booth operation.
In such situations, reasonable efforts will be made to restore service promptly.
Photos & Privacy
Photographs captured during the event remain the property of the Client and participants.
Selected images may be used by Lume Via Mariages for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing before the event.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms, refunds, and rescheduling options are governed by the booking agreement signed at the time of reservation.
Limitation of Liability
Lumévia Mariages shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including venue restrictions, power failures, weather conditions, or actions of guests that impact booth operation.
